If, for any reason, you are not happy with your Flirty purchase, you can return it for an exchange, store credit or a full refund.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $7 flat rate shipping within the United States. Delivery times are estimated from receipt of your shipping notification.
We process returns through our easy-to-use Returns Center. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our Returns Center will not be accepted. To start a return, follow the steps below:

Step 2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
Step 3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Step 4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Exchange/Store Credit—We'll Pay Return Shipping!
Return your Flirty merch within 90 days for an exchange or store credit, and we'll pay for your return shipping! Follow the steps above to start your exchange and get your prepaid shipping label.
Return your Flirty merch within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Shipping fees apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Follow the steps above to start your return and print your shipping label.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your Flirty Bottle becomes defective within 12 months of your purchase date, contact us about a replacement.
